Registrants, participants, and spectators by execution of this form release and discharge the Lone Star Loop 1000, all towns/cities as listed in the tour route, their officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, and anyone connected with the management or presentation of the Lone Star Loop 1000 of and from any and all known or unknown damages, injuries, losses, judgments, and/or claims from any causes that may be suffered by any registrant to his person or property. Further, each registrant and his/her spouse/companion agrees to indemnify all of the foregoing entities, firms, persons, and bodies of and from any and all liability occasioned or resulting from the conduct of any or all registrants or any participants assisting with the registrant and under the direction of the registrant.
